Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Programming: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and programming activities.
  • Construction Method Preparation: Prepare construction methods and techniques for efficient project execution.
  • Logistic Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.
  • Tender Technical Submission: Prepare technical submissions for tenders, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Ongoing Project Programme: Monitor and update ongoing project programs to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of planning experience.
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera P6, MS Project.
  • Basic knowledge in current BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks, and Fuzor.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
