Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the capex project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, procurement, tender preparation and execution, and project delivery. Lead and manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and making recommendations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to drive project progress and resolve issues. Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases. Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to management. Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects align with company objectives and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. Experience in CAPEX and conversion works (e.g., adaptive reuse, refurbishment, or repositioning of existing buildings) is highly valued. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., MHKIS, RICS, PMP, HKIE) are highly preferred. At least 5 years’ proven experience managing capex projects, ideally in real estate, construction, or property development. Experience with conversion works is a strong advantage. Strong background in project management, tendering and procurement processes. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is an advantage. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong ability to handle ad‑hoc matters.
