As a Junior Payroll & HR, you will be part of our Payroll and HR Outsourcing team, supporting clients across various industries in payroll processing, HR administration, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in both payroll and human resources within a professional services firm. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for clients in compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, leave, attendance and benefits. Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., MPF, tax returns, leave records) in a timely manner. Support in preparing payroll reports and reconciliations for clients. Assist in year‑end tax reporting and ad hoc payroll projects. HR Administration Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, contract preparation and maintaining personnel files. Assist with leave management, employee benefits administration and HR compliance checks. Handle HR‑related queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely and professional responses. Participate in ad hoc HR projects, including policy updates and HR process improvements. Requirements Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome). Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and HR practices preferred. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and confidentiality. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of payroll/HR software is an advantage. A proactive learner with good organisational and time‑management skills.
