Company Overview:
Our client, a major e-commerce platform looking to expand in Hong Kong, seeks a Global Sales Operations Manager to join their legal team. The role involves overseeing global legal matters, focusing on general commercial issues, regulatory compliance, and litigation management to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution related to the business.
• Address inquiries, investigations, and complaints from regulatory bodies abroad.
• Draft, review, and amend daily business contracts, providing risk assessments and legal advice to facilitate business growth.
• Lead negotiations and review legal documents for international matters.
• Perform additional duties as directed by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for Juris Doctor/LLM; US Bar admission (or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of experience in international legal affairs, with a strong grasp of company operation laws, foreign litigation procedures, and litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, effective negotiation techniques, and a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in English, especially in handling legal matters using legal English.
• Demonstrates integrity, professional ethics, and compliance with laws and regulations.
