About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage full-set accounts, financial reporting, and operational support across our eCommerce and B2B businesses. This role requires strong ownership, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Financial Management Handle full set of accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements. Manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business planning and decision‑making. Assist in annual audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Accounts Receivable / Payable and Cash Flow Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor accounts. Monitor and follow up on receivables and overdue accounts. Prepare regular cash flow reports, ensuring financial liquidity and stability. Inventory Control and Forecasting Track and reconcile inventory across sales channels and warehouses. Collaborate with warehouse and marketing teams on stock planning and forecasting. Logistics and Administration Coordinate with logistics partners for B2B and international shipments, including customs documentation and clearance. Support operational and administrative finance functions as required. Banking Documentation Liaise with banks for document submissions, and transactional matters. Requirements Form 5 or above with LCCI Level 3 at minimum. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting may be considered for Assistant Accounting Manager level. At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in eCommerce, trading, or FMCG sectors. Able to handle full set of accounts independently. Familiar with accounting systems, ERP systems (preferred), and Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy. Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written). A team player with a positive attitude, self‑motivated, detail‑minded, and of working independently.
