HSEQ Assistant shall carry out and be responsible for the following duties of each ship in his/her charge under the guidance and supervision of HSEQ Superintendent and Manager: Attending HSEQ meetings and taking notes when necessary. Collect and handle fleet HSEQ data. Assist in handling Insurance and P&I documents. Support HSEQ Superintendents in Internal Audits record filing. Any other duties assigned by the HSEQ Superintendent and Manager in accordance with the HSEQ Department task list. Skills and Requirements Candidates who have previously worked in a similar role in the maritime industry, preferably in LNG vessel operations, will be considered to have an advantage. Fluent verbal and written skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software for document management. Knowledge and utilization of AI-powered software for work will be considered an advantage. Solution-oriented and teamwork spirit.
