WHAT YOU’LL DO For our Geneva Team, as a Motion Graphic Designer with experience in an international environment, you will support the creation of assets in various formats (including animations and still assets) for different platforms (e.g., social media, website, display ads, etc.) for the portfolio of premium brands served by DLG within the watchmaking, jewelry, hospitality, wine & spirits, private banking, and real estate sectors. Your ability to turn briefs into fine & effective design gems while mastering luxury codes and respecting our clients’ brand design DNA will help them shine and achieve their goals. Your daily responsibilities may include: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create clean, readable, and visually balanced designs, demonstrating effective use of typography and layout. Animate designed elements using Adobe After Effects based on client specifications. Develop eye‑catching animated content for social media platforms, including Instagram stories, Facebook posts, and TikTok videos. Combine multiple visual elements, including graphics, static assets, text, and video, into a single cohesive composition. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere and create appealing transitions; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Produce different formats (horizontal and vertical) from a master video. Design a variety of materials, including banners, social media ads, video posts, pre‑roll video ads, transitions, animated website elements, and animated covers for websites. Create short, engaging videos ranging from 10 seconds to longer, descriptive videos of up to 2 minutes. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE At least 3 years of experience in graphic design/motion design (freelance or agency). Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (will be tested). Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and animation work. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
