Brand Representation & Experience Design Host private tastings, exclusive events, and bespoke experiences showcasing craftsmanship and heritage. Create personalized experiences that reinforce emotional connections with the brand. Act as a credible and charismatic ambassador for luxury brands. Recommend and test innovative engagement strategies and service models. Track luxury trends and competitor activity to anticipate market needs. Contribute to shaping the future of private client engagement with a solution‑oriented mindset. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Strengthen long‑term relationships to maximize client value and brand advocacy. Recruit, engage, and maintain strong personal relationships with HNWIs through tailored interactions. Develop a pipeline of prospects via luxury partnerships, connector networks, and private events. Reporting & Compliance Share insights to influence product development and strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal controls. Provide regular reports on client activities, market trends, and sales pipeline. Monitor client segmentation and spending patterns to optimize outcomes. Achieve annual revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the prestige portfolio. Ensure flawless execution of client orders and premium delivery experiences. Business Development & Strategy Contribute to building a scalable private client structure in a dynamic environment. Identify new revenue streams through partnerships and activation within the luxury ecosystem. Design and implement market‑specific strategies to attract and grow a portfolio of HNWIs and VIP clients. Recommend initiatives aligned with pricing, margin expectations, and resource optimization. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or Hospitality (Master’s preferred). Fluency in English and local language; Putonghua is an advantage. Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury sales, private client management, private banking, or premium hospitality. Strong network among HNWIs and luxury partners preferred. Proven ability to deliver exceptional experiences and achieve commercial KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen with understanding of P&L, pricing, and margin optimization. Passion for champagne and spirits is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
