Insurance Product Manager

Add expected salary to your profile for insights Stay informed about insurance market trends and product developments; provide periodic business strategy recommendations and efficiently execute the bank’s strategies to achieve targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners (insurance brokers, insurance companies, etc.); manage partners in accordance with bank policies to ensure high-quality products and services are delivered to bank customers in a compliant manner. Organize regular internal training sessions to share the latest product information and market insights, enhancing the team’s understanding of insurance products and industry trends. Build and maintain a positive team culture, through ensuring quality business referrals and referral skills among team members, and contributing to product knowledge and skills sharing. Form up and manage proper related business PnP and Implement effective strategies, increase productivity in the High Net Worth market segment. Provide professional wealth management services, such as regular financial review, to ensure appropriate wealth management solutions are offered to meet customer needs. Strictly comply with regulations and supervisory requirements; conduct regular self-assessments and compliance reviews to ensure all business activities adhere to bank and regulatory standards. Requirements University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines At least 5‑10 years banking experience in insurance business sales/coaching Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications Strong sales driven, result‑oriented with good communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Immediate availability is preferred We offer attractive remuneration package and comprehensive fringe benefits.
