Collaborate with management to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new business. Create and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels, and develop sales opportunities with key customers and accounts. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base. Oversee the internal counterparts across the Group to work with customers in product development. Lead Sales & Customer Services Teams to provide quality account services to overseas, Hong Kong & China Customers. Perform ad hoc assignments by management. What you need for this position: Diploma or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, any Engineering disciplines; or equivalent. At least 8 years relevant project management, Sales management, Account services experience in Manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in managerial position and paper products industry. Experience in luxury packaging, printing, gifts & premiums, toys industry is an advantage. Keen business acumen. Strong leadership with good project management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Good presentation, communication, interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Occasional travel to PRC factory and Asia factory when need. Application: Please click “Apply Now” to submit your application.
