We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EDI administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our business operations. The successful candidate will manage and maintain EDI message flows for Invoices, Orders, and Deliveries . He might also handle miscellaneous tasks involving SQL queries for some ad hoc reports. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor EDI message exchanges for invoices, orders, and delivery notes, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain EDI standards and compliance. Develop and execute SQL queries for reporting and data validation purposes. Support system upgrades and integration projects related to EDI. Document processes and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews. Qualifications Proven experience in EDI operations and message handling (Invoices, Orders, Deliveries). Strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12). Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and optimize queries is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems and integration tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
