IT Project Specialist (ERP/Application), Up to 50K Our client is an innovation company focused on sustainable consumer products and they are looking for IT Project Specialist to join their team. As an IT Project Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in managing internal applications and systems implementation projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and business users to deliver projects effectively, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Act as internal Project Lead, develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget while monitoring and driving progress. Lead the integration, upgrade, and optimization of internal applications, including ERP, HRM, and finance systems. Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and executed. Align technology initiatives with organizational objectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for enterprise systems. Partner with regional users and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote a seamless user experience across geographies. Oversee vendor relationships and manage external partners, ensuring successful delivery of services, solutions, and support. Identify potential risks, resolve issues promptly, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Recommend and implement best practices for enterprise application development, integration, and deployment. Actively promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and teamwork within the IT and broader organizational structure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of work experience in project management and end-to-end system implementation, preferably working at MNC or consulting company. All-round knowledge in enterprise applications management, including ERP (Oracle Cloud), HRM, and finance systems. Strong expertise in system integration, upgrades, and aligning technology with business objectives. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Experience gathering and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions. Strong vendor management skills and hands‑on experience collaborating with external partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across diverse teams and regional users. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in team collaboration, decision‑making, and leadership. Good command in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
