We are now looking for a talented Guest Services Ambassador to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering premium services to tenants and visitors in Grade A office buildings at Taikoo Place. Responsibilities Develop and maintain good relationship with tenants Handle general enquiries and complaints of customers/tenants Liaise and coordinate with leasing for office viewing and assistance on handover of office premises Conduct regular checking on office facilities including cleanliness of toilets and office premises to ensure quality service is delivered Regular visit and communicate with the office tenants whenever required to understand their needs and continuous service improvement Perform other duties assigned by supervisors Requirements Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplines Solid experiences in customer services and hospitality fields Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer‑centric solutions Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations Proactive, cheerful and service‑oriented Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel Fluent in spoken English and Chinese Fresh graduate will also be considered Willing to work on weekdays at irregular hours (5 days work week; between 8:00am to 8:00pm) Customer Focus Communicates Effectively Drives for Result Demonstrates Self‑Awareness Learning Agility Why Choose Us Randstad Hong Kong: Awarded Most Attractive Employer in the Property and Real Estate sector for 2024 and 2025 HRoot Awards (Chinese Mainland): Received the Best Employer Award for 2023 and 2024, along with the Best Social Enterprises Award in 2024 Don’t Miss This Opportunity As an equal opportunity employer, Swire Properties strives to foster a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace, where people can thrive.
