The Company has undertaken and administered numerous medium to large-size projects successfully meeting strict requirements of quality, cost, safety and time, including superstructure works, addition and alteration works, building maintenance and fitting‑out works. The role will be integrated to the office team and in a nice and dynamic working environment. Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate construction drawings based on architectural designs and engineering specifications. Ensure that construction drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Document and communicate changes to construction drawings to ensure all team members are working from the most current set of plans. Organize and maintain a system for storing construction drawings to ensure easy access and retrieval. Provide support to construction teams by clarifying drawing details, addressing questions, and resolving issues that arise during the construction process. Take off quantities and manage material submissions, including the ordering process. Assist in preparing quotations and submissions to consultants and relevant building departments and other organizations. Qualifications & Skills Good command of AutoCAD and SketchUp software to create and edit construction drawings efficiently. Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin (reading and writing) and good command of English. Diploma/higher diploma or bachelor’s degree holder in related subjects such as interior design, architectural studies, building surveying. Minimum of 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
