Assistant Vice President, Asset, Liability & Capital Management Join to apply for the Assistant Vice President, Asset, Liability & Capital Management role at Chong Hing Bank Limited. Responsibilities Perform tasks related to liquidity risk management, capital management, and recovery planning. Prepare meeting packs and materials for ALCO meetings. Assist in monitoring liquidity risk indicators and preparing FTP data. Communicate with internal or external auditors, regulators and parent company as required. Conduct stress testing programmes. Assist in FTP framework review. Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support management decision. Requirements University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in bank’s balance sheet management or ALCM field. Solid knowledge in ALM, liquidity management, capital management, accounting principles, banking book and treasury products. Preferably a CPA, CFA or FRM holder. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Work independently and be problem‑solving oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel VBA and other data‑management applications.
