Experienced Manager - Audit & Assurance Services Our client SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited is seeking a Experienced Manager - Audit & Assurance Services to join their team This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base in Hong Kong and China, with a specialized focus on listed entities and IPO advisory services. You'll manage and execute IPO-related audits, drive engagement profitability, and oversee tendering processes to secure new business opportunities. You'll also provide expert technical guidance and leadership, mentoring professional staff and driving operational excellence. About Our Client Shinewing is a leading firm in the audit and assurance services sector, committed to excellence and innovation in providing financial services to clients across Hong Kong and China. What you'll be doing? Lead Audit Engagements: Oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base in Hong Kong and China, with a focus on listed entities and IPO advisory services. Manage IPO Audits: Execute IPO-related audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting clients through the listing process. Drive Profitability: Achieve engagement profitability through meticulous budgeting, rigorous progress tracking, and efficient billing practices. Oversee Tendering: Manage tendering processes, including proposal development, financial analysis, and risk assessment to secure new business opportunities. Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert technical guidance and leadership in mentoring professional staff, conducting structured performance evaluations, and driving operational excellence. Support Training: Assist the training team in preparing and tutoring training sessions. Handle Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives. Who are they looking for? Educational Background: Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Accounting or a related field. Professional Qualifications: Qualified member of a recognized professional CPA organization, such as HKICPA, CPA Australia, or ACCA. Experience: At least 5 years of audit experience, with experience in auditing HK/PRC listed companies and familiarity with HK listing rules and HKFRSs being advantageous. Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being a definite advantage.
