We are a fast‑growing skincare, cosmetics and health supplements retailer with 9 branches across Hong Kong and an online store. Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy for core brands, including new product launches, social media initiatives, promotion activities, CRM campaigns, joint promotions, and A&P budget to achieve brand and customer goals within rapid growth timeframes. Liaise with key contacts including brand principals and media agencies for product promotions and marketing activities. Ensure efficient and precise promotion communication across internal departments, agencies and business partners. Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance on a regular basis. Support exciting marketing assignments and ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications University degree holders or above, major in marketing preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, especially in the retail industry – skincare, supplement product, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG preferred. Personal Requirements Passionate about making a difference at MI MING MART. Highly energetic, cheerful, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Innovative with creative, analytical and strategic thinking. Desire to work in a team environment. People‑oriented, promotes positivity and teamwork every day. Mature, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic environment. Good interpersonal skills dealing with prestigious tenants. Excellent communication skills, multitasking and attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines. Practice open and honest communication.
