Key job responsibilities 7x24 roster duty in data center operations Incident first responder and onsite hands on support Break‑fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts. Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines. Understanding on incidents response and prioritization. Good Attention to details Good written and verbal communication in English. Experience in network cabling include optical Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of data center experience Knowledge of cloud computing technologies. Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies Knowledge on continuous process improvement.
