Senior / Facility Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior / Facility Officer to support the daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on professional with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple service providers. This role is critical in ensuring our work environment is safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. Major Responsibilities: Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of all facilities services, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment. Monitor key service contracts, including security guard services, access control systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems, cleaning services, pest control, and waste management. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs, e.g., plumbing and drainage. Manage company vehicle logistics, including licensing, repair, maintenance, fuel consumption and logistics. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of office relocation, renovation, and refurbishment projects. Assist in preparing procurement documents (e.g., RFQs, tenders) for projects, maintenance, and repair works, including necessary AutoCAD drawings and layout plans. Liaise with end‑users, service providers and contractors to ensure service or works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with respective standards, safety, and quality requirements. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks per corporate direction and needs. Requirements: Higher Diploma/Certificate or above in Facility Management, Building Studies, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of solid and relevant experience in facilities management with a proven track record in office relocation and renovation projects. Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with AutoCAD and photo editing is an advantage. Holder of a Certificate of Registered Grade A Electrical Worker in Hong Kong is an advantage. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; well‑versed with MS Office applications. Proactive, well‑organized, attentive to details, able to work under pressure with competing priorities. We offer competitive remuneration packages and career development opportunities.
