Research Assistant Professor – Accounting / Finance School of Accounting and Finance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a world‑class institution with strong research and teaching in accounting and finance, supported by a team of more than 80 full‑time academics. Responsibilities Conduct research as the main duty and actively pursue external research grants (e.g., General Research Fund) as Principal or Co‑Investigator. Provide quality teaching at undergraduate or postgraduate levels, focusing on AI and its applications in accounting and finance. Supervise student projects. Contribute to departmental service and fulfil any other duties assigned by the Head of the School. Qualifications PhD in a related discipline, preferably in AI applications in accounting and finance. At least two years of post‑doctoral research experience is preferred. Demonstrated high creative ability and excellence in research and teaching. Effective classroom teaching skills. High proficiency in written and spoken English. Conditions of Service Competitive package including medical benefits and a gratuity upon completion of the initial two‑to‑three‑year term, with the possibility of extension.
