Write lecture notes, design and mark assignments and examination scripts. Perform other related teaching and administrative duties. Qualifications Chinese Contemporary Literature (CHIN A365CF / 中国当代文学专题): Master’s or higher degree in Chinese Language and Literature, Linguistics, or related subject; relevant teaching experience preferred. English Cultural Studies (ENGL 3040AEF): Recognised Master’s or higher degree covering English language, literature and culture plus teaching experience; PhD preferred. Sociolinguistic Issues in Hong Kong (LANG 3143AEF): Higher degree in Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, or Applied Linguistics; relevant teaching or research experience advantageous. Behavioural Economics (PSYC A342F): Higher degree, preferably a doctorate, in Economics or Psychology or related discipline; teaching/professional experience at tertiary level advantageous. Essentials of Sociological Inquiry (SOCI 2002AEF): Higher degree, preferably a doctorate, in Sociology or related discipline; teaching experience at tertiary level advantageous. Legal & Government Document Translation (TRAN 3268ACF / TRAN A366CF / TRAN A368CF): Recognised Master’s or higher degree in Legal Translation or related field, or substantial industry experience; teaching or work experience preferred. Appointment Details Duration: January 2026 to June 2026. Hours: up to 17 hours per week during daytime on campus. Contract: temporary part‑time contract.
