Responsibilities Independently drafting of trust deeds, letter of wishes and relevant documentation Deals with clients and Intermediaries in setting up private trusts in Hong Kong and other offshore jurisdictions Maintenance and administration of trusts structures, foundations and offshore companies and private client mandates Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including: invoicing and fee recognition, KYC information and documents for new client/intermediary onboarding purpose Handle standard trust transactions, including trust set-up, asset injections, bank account opening, restructuring, declaring distributions, change of deed's jurisdictionand terminations, monthly billing Ensuring that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards Qualifications Degree holder in law, finance, accounting, business administration related discipline 3-5 years’ related experience in professional firms handling trust administration preferred (less experience will also be considered) Company secretarial administration and trust account experience is desirable Good knowledge of private trust related services Excellent attention to details, pro‑active, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently in delivering quality works and meeting tight deadlines Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft office suites including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing Immediate availability is desirable Application Questions Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
