The Role Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency for finance applications. Provide technical support during system upgrades and help launch new application features. Promptly investigate and resolve production incidents, performing thorough root cause analysis and recommending improvement measures to prevent recurrence. Support and continually enhance IT monitoring systems, ensuring timely response to alarms and rapid troubleshooting of production issues. Deliver application support to front office and back office stakeholders, ensuring high service levels and clear, timely communications. Manage incident escalation and coordinate resolution efforts using ServiceNow, collaborating closely with technical and business teams. Document incident management processes, resolution details, and improvement actions within ServiceNow, contributing to a robust knowledge base. Proactively review, update, and improve support procedures, runbooks, and monitoring tool configurations. Your Profile Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and active listening. Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) and Splunk ITSI for monitoring and automation is highly preferred. Familiarity with ITIL best practices, major incident management, and ServiceNow workflows. Ability to comprehend and apply core business concepts within a multi‑dimensional financial services environment. Possesses a record of quickly learning and mastering new skills.
