Manager, Talent Acquisition (Human Resources - Operations) To support our aggressive growth plan, we are inviting a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Operations HR department. You will oversee the full spectrum of human resources duties with major focuses on strategic human resources planning, end-to-end recruitment across various departments, and other daily activities related to people management activities. Responsibilities Drive the end‑to‑end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard. Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain corporate competitiveness. Leverage effective recruitment channels to build a talent pool and anticipate future sourcing needs. Work closely with management in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects. Collaborate with C&B and Shared Services on daily HR‑related matters including policy procedure development and implementation, and employee total rewards, performance management and employee relations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field, or equivalent experience or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist gained from a fast‑paced environment. Experience in in‑house recruitment is beneficial. Hands‑on experience with a focus on proactive talent sourcing, assessment and selection will be needed. Experience in Beauty, Retail and FMCG market segments is a strong advantage. Business‑driven mindset with the ability to build a positive rapport with the business. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence, and build relationships at all levels. Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes. Collaborative, enjoys sharing ideas, and is a good team player.
