Responsibilities Responsible for daily operations including order fulfillment, product creation, product listing, product information and promotion updates, inventory replenishment for e-shops and marketplace Work closely with internal parties and external parties e.g marketing agencies for the assets design according to monthly plan and ensure proper execution of the layout and related digital assets Set up processes to improve our e-commerce operations if necessary Collaborate on in-store experience and pop-ups to keep our physical spaces Instagram-worthy and sales-driving Coordinate with offline stores on stock allocation, OOS prevention, and unified customer data Drive online revenue growth and hit monthly targets Requirements 3-4 years or above relevant experience Experience in E-com or Retail Merchandising Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Immediate availability would be an advantage. Knowledge of online platform & marketplace operations such as product listing, content maintenance, advertisement placement such as Meta / FB Ads, Google Ads, SEO.
