FP&A Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller and CFO, this role will work closely with business units to prepare, consolidate, and perform independent review for the delivery of annual budget and rolling forecasts. Job Responsibilities Spearhead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Partner with business units to consolidate BUs’ reporting, monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives. Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial KPIs, highlighting key financial trends opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions. Implement process improvements to enhance financial planning efficiency. Ad hoc streamline projects or analytics led by FP&A as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline. Qualified accountant, Big4 experience is preferred. At least 7 years of working experience in FP&A capacity, ideally in FMCG or retail. Proven expertise in building up financial models for costing, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Proactive, self-driven, independent and resourceful. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in deploying BI tools for analysis is an advantage. Highly qualified candidates may be considered as Senior FP&A Manager. Immediately available is an added advantage.
