Our client, one of the leading players in the apparel industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers. Responsibilities Quality Management: Oversee the QA/QC processes for apparel products, ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality standards. Team Leadership: Build and mentor the QC teams, providing training and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Implementation of Best Practices: Establish and implement best practices for quality control, utilizing data‑driven approaches to improve product quality and reduce defects. Proactive Issue Management: Foster a proactive culture, anticipating potential quality issues and implementing strategic measures to address them before they escalation. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations, ensuring that we meet their needs effectively. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead efforts for continuous improvement in QC processes and methodologies, driving operational excellence. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for enhancement. Requirements 10+ years of experience in apparel quality management is required. Good communication and listening skills are essential for effective collaboration and customer interaction. Attention to detail, good people and organization skills are crucial for managing quality processes. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is necessary for seamless communication and collaboration. Frequent travel to Southeast Asia and China is required to oversee quality operations across different regions.
