Job Description Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud migration projects, from planning through execution. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and financial targets. Partner with sponsors and business leaders to develop business cases and secure approvals. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management. Monitor vendor-led project teams to ensure compliance with migration standards. Prepare and submit progress reports to local and group PMO. Manage sourcing activities including RFPs, SoW drafting, and contract sign-off. Oversee offshore delivery teams and maintain strong vendor relationships. Identify potential risks and dependencies early; propose mitigation strategies. Adapt plans to evolving business and technical requirements. Maintain high standards of accuracy and analytical rigor. Drive improvements in processes and project outcomes. The Successful Applicant Proven track record in large-scale cloud migration programs. Strong governance, vendor management, and multi-stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related fields. 10-15 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, ideally in financial services. Background in complex transformation programs involving cloud technologies. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines. Skilled in anticipating challenges and implementing innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly analytical. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
