Learn More: Apply Today: UI/UX Designer (Web App) We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and take our web applications to the next level. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a designer who is passionate about transforming complex client needs and AI-driven insights into elegant, user-centric solutions. You will be a key bridge between our clients, developers, and business consultants. Your primary goal will be to advance the usability and visual appeal of our products, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users. Responsibilities Own the End-to-End Design Process: Take charge of the entire design workflow, from initial client discussions and user research to creating high-fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business consultants to ensure design feasibility and align on product vision. Create Key Design Deliverables: Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts. Establish & Refine Design Standards: Help establish, refine, and maintain a scalable design system (component libraries, style guides) to advance our product's consistency and efficiency. Champion the User: Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design audits, using the findings to iterate and continuously improve the user experience. Requirements A Strong Portfolio: You must provide a portfolio showcasing your work on web applications, demonstrating your process from problem to solution. 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web applications (B2B or SaaS is a plus). Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Figma is our preference. Full-Stack Design Skills: Practical experience in wireframing, user research, prototyping, and creating pixel-perfect visual designs. Excellent Communication: The ability to clearly articulate design rationale, collaborate with non-designers, and present confidently to clients.
