About this team

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing specific projects within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies and locations. The Project Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain leadership to lead projects within the strategic PMO portfolio across several functions, including planning, designing, and delivering against project deliverables and milestones while enabling business priorities, including growth, guest service, and cost improvements.

A day in the life:

  • Monitor project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  • Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership on issues, risks, and required decisions across the project workstreams.
  • Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the project.
  • Manage the tracking of project budget, change requests, and intake management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase capital efficiency.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and work plans.
  • Assist in the implementation and dissemination of effective project management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope.
  • Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope of service requirements.
  • Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews.
  • Establish, evaluate, and maintain performance standards for all areas of project management to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too seriously.
