Corporate Bank - Transactional FX & Workflow Solutions - AVP Be among the first 25 applicants Position Overview Division and Team: FX Workflows are a core part of Deutsche Bank’s growth strategy for FX Trading and the Corporate Bank. The Transactional FX (TFX) & Workflow Solutions business consists of four main platforms: FX4Cash, Autobahn, Workflow Advisory, and multibank platforms. For clients our solutions deliver complexity reduction, removal of manual intervention, faster centralization of liquidity and timing gap removal between onshore and offshore execution. Role Purpose: We are seeking an individual with an inquisitive mind, who enjoys using technology to solve client problems. Through consultative engagement you will work with clients to address workflow challenges to reduce risk, create opportunities or reduce operational costs using technology‑driven solutions, ranging from complex individual workflows to market‑wide issues. Workflow lead on selected RfPs working alongside product teams to develop new features / workflow enhancements based on identified client feedback / demand. Additional alignment with coverage or product on geographic or industry initiatives. Role is part of a team that has an annual individual/team revenue target agreed with management. Extensive collaboration across various teams, especially product sales, coverage & operations in Corporate Banking including Risk Management Solutions Group (RMSG). Involved in internal and external marketing campaigns to drive awareness and client adoption. Skills Required 7 years+ relevant experience in regional banking product sales / financial consulting / treasury change management – transformation / technology transformation. Working knowledge of payment systems including cross border, E‑FX platforms, treasury management systems. Solutioning mindset – ability to spot inefficiencies and think out of the box to apply standard products in an innovative manner. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and drive stakeholders, collaborate across multiple internal teams for a common objective. Ability to manage and see through sales projects in parallel over a 3 to 6 month time period. Knowledge of cross border process/documentation for APAC will be considered a plus.
