Responsibilities & Accountabilities Lead procurement department (sizeable team) of the Group to ensure that efforts are aimed towards reliable, safe and high-quality daily operations; Make recommendations to Top management on immediate or future development of the department; Determine and control the allocation of the budget of procurement; Achieve the engineering and components and aircraftspares supply target, procurement target and yearly cost saving target; Develop and implement appropriate Quality Assurance models to meet the business and operational needs of the procurement; Oversee and manage the performance of all divisions; Manage the human and resources for procurement department. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics operations, aviation management or similar disciplines; Minimum 15 years of related experience and including 5 years of management experience in Procurement area; Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of regulations and aviation operation is advantage, worked for related industry such as engineering, industrial, manufacturing; Strong in communication and interpersonal skills; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
