Business Development & Partnership Manager My client is a prestigious private club seeking a Business Development & Partnership professional to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will focus on driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enhancing membership value, and creating exclusive experiences for members. Job Responsibilities Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve the Club’s profitability and membership growth targets. Proactively identify, approach, and secure high-value partnerships with luxury brands, premium F&B operators, wellness & recreation vendors, art galleries, and concierge-level service providers. Conceptualize, negotiate, and deliver exclusive collaborations including trunk shows, private consignments, pop-ups, tastings, art exhibitions, and large-scale member events. Design and lead innovative, high-impact Member Experience Events and campaigns that reinforce the Club’s positioning as the ultimate lifestyle platform. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with strategic partners, key opinion leaders, and prospective ultra‑high-net‑worth members. Work closely with Marketing, Events, F&B, and Membership teams to ensure flawless execution and seamless integration of all partnership activations. Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs and ROI, and continuously optimize the partnership portfolio. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of solid experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or luxury brand management, or related field. Proven track record of closing high-value, long-term partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands. Strong existing network within Hong Kong/Regional luxury ecosystem is a distinct advantage. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with C-level executives and UHNW individuals. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for curating extraordinary experiences. Energetic, polished, and personable with impeccable discretion and service etiquette. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); additional languages a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
