Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for high caliber for a Manager position for their Corporate Banking Strategy and Reporting team. About the job Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking Business, you will conduct business analysis and propose business plans to grow corporate banking. You are required to analyze business performance, RM sales results and competitors' findings to identify opportunities in driving business. You have to participate in various projects including account opening workflow, branch trainings, product launch promotions, system UAT enhancement and business process streamline to improve business efficiency. In addition, you are responsible for preparing business action plans, analysis results and regulatory updates to dept management to maximize business profits. The successful applicant To qualify, the successful individual must possess: University Graduate, preferably in Business related disciplines. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business planning roles in retail banks with good analytical skills. Sound knowledge in branch operations and account opening flow for corporate banking is a must. Solid in formulating MIS reports and sales analysis. Strong UAT project management, good analytical mind and presentation skills. Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, VBA and other statistical tools. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
