About The Role As a System Analyst, Financial Information System , you will provide technical support to internal users globally on various financial systems. Key Responsibilities Perform data mapping, integration and reconciliation between systems Provide technical support to users on various financial systems Coordinate with external vendors for any system patch release and/or new financial system Coordinate with different stakeholders for system administration including assign access rights, maintain system security, create and maintain chart of account Assist in monitoring any project status, rollout plans and provide weekly status update Prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals Assist in User Acceptance Test, and provide support and training to end-user Assist in planning and coordinating any ad hoc projects and requests About You University graduate in Business Administration/Information Systems or related disciplines preferred 1-2 years’ working experience in any financial system is preferred Experience in using Infor SunSystems / Oracle Fusion / HFM is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word Knowledge of VBA / SQL is a plus Self‑motivated and able to demonstrate ability to multi‑task and work independently Good communication, organization, and analytical skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Fresh graduates are welcomed Why Join Us A workplace that values your passion and supports self‑realization and personal growth.
