Responsibilities

  • Establish strong brand/product SOV in the field of Vision Care in Hong Kong through management and development of flawless communications to both consumers and customers in different touchpoints.
  • Achieve financial targets including net sales, market share, and profitability by developing plans of big bold bets, as well as partnering with the sales team to drive in-store excellence.
  • Collaborate with the International Marketing Group to transcreate global/regional assets into local ones, with deep understanding of consumer and customer insight, as well as comprehensive analysis of market dynamics and sales performance to support Vision Care team's growth year on year.
  • Partner with sales team and PE&D to engage ECP KOLs and customers with consistent and clear brand/product messages to win over key competitors in B2B or B2B2C communication.
  • Lead brand projects such as campaigns, CME, symposiums, advisory boards, etc., to ensure optimum investment, especially in key accounts, to achieve targets in accordance with budget and strategies.
  • Support all related materials digitally in every touchpoint.
  • Participate in key meetings such as target preparation meetings, operational review meetings, and national sales meetings to align strategic direction and action plans with all stakeholders.
  • Manage new product launches with key measurements and great collaboration with cross-functional teams such as IMG, PE&D, S&OP, and W&D.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct, and local regulations in daily operations.

Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Professional background is a welcome addition.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in consumer product marketing/trade marketing/brand management in the field of FMCG, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for working in an international environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Result-driven, detail-oriented, and possess a "can-do" mindset.
