Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer (PHP) to join their team What you'll be doing? Project Execution: Conduct application system development projects, collaborating with teammates and project management throughout the entire project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system integration and maintain high-quality standards. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems. Documentation: Assist in developing and updating system documentation to maintain clear and accurate records. Mentorship: Provide guidance and hands‑on training to junior teammates, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Vendor Management: Lead contractors and vendors to successfully complete project assignments. Change Management: Prioritize and manage change requests effectively, ensuring smooth project progression. Who are they looking for? Educational Background: University graduate, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Web Development Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in Web application development with PHP and MySQL. Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on development skills in Laravel, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, React, and Nodejs. UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and frontend development of Web applications. Additional Skills: Knowledge of Web service API and Linux would be advantageous. Industry Experience: Experience in the financial industry with hands‑on project management would be beneficial. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities. Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure. Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and proficiency in English are advantageous for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
