Assistant Sales

Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, print, events, exhibitions, and promotions. Create, shoot, and edit short videos tailored for various social media platforms to drive reach and interaction. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Prepare corporate communications materials such as company magazines, brochures, websites, corporate videos, presentations, and press releases. Plan and implement a wide range of CSR programmes. Handle company visits and ad‑hoc projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years proven experience in a marketing & PR role; experience in advertising agencies, creators, influencers or key opinion leaders is an advantage. Hands‑on experience in video shooting and editing for marketing purposes. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, graphic design software and video editing tools. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is an advantage. Creative, organized, energetic, and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
