Job Description Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating and preparing in-store marketing materials to maximise retail presence, including POP displays, leaflets, and other promotional assets. This role requires compiling reports on retail marketing programs to evaluate their effectiveness and track key performance indicators. A core function of the position involves developing and executing in-store promotions and marketing activities/events at the retail level, ensuring enhanced brand image, increased product awareness, and improved sales and foot traffic. Candidates must also manage VIP customer data for CRM analysis, implement CRM systems, and oversee activation strategies to optimise customer engagement. Collaboration is essential in this role, as the candidate will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to address trade marketing issues. Additionally, they will manage budgets and retention activity targets, reporting against ROI to measure campaign success. Further responsibilities include translation and distribution of press releases, coordinating the delivery of seeding products, and handling customer complaints with professionalism. In addition to retail marketing activities, the candidate will support graphic design needs for various marketing campaigns and conduct quality checks and store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards. They must also provide full support for marketing and PR-related activities as needed and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. The Successful Applicant Desired Skills & Experience: University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. excellent communication skills, positive, hands on, flexible minded Minimum of 5-8 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in the Luxury & fashion retail industry. Luxury brand experience is a strong advantage too. Proficiency in Retail Marketing, particularly in developing in‑store promotional strategies and CRM implementations. Strong command of English and Chinese (written & spoken). Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, self‑motivation, and a willingness to learn. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
