In this position, you will Business Target Achievement Formulate online business strategies, prepare business plans, allocate costs and budgets, and implement tactical campaigns, customer communication programs, and partnership collaborations to achieve key business objectives. These include promotional program enrollments, revenue growth, and the expansion and engagement of online platform audiences. Multi‑Platform Operation and Planning Lead a small team to manage content operations—including images, text, and video—across major social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin (Mainland China), Instagram, and Facebook (overseas). Responsibilities include copywriting and visual design, planning trending topics, and coordinating KOL collaborations to boost fan engagement, conversion rates, and brand visibility. Screen and evaluate content production agencies, KOL resources, and event execution vendors. Oversee the full collaboration process from proposal to execution, manage contingencies, and optimise workflows. Establish a supplier grading and evaluation system to identify high‑quality partners and enhance efficiency and ROI. Monitor platform metrics—including fan growth, engagement, and conversion—and produce performance review reports with actionable optimisation recommendations. Leverage AI tools to support content creation and supplier management, enabling data‑driven decision‑making. Develop budgets and cross‑functional cooperation frameworks to allocate resources effectively for project execution. Contribute to marketing plan development and coordinate supplier resources to maximise creative output. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related discipline. Over 8 years of experience in multi‑platform operations, including Mainland China and overseas social media; familiar with platform rules and experienced in creating popular content or building accounts from scratch. At least 1 year of supplier management experience, with expertise in contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and KOL collaboration; preference given to candidates with access to top‑tier talent resources. Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and advertising backends (Tencent/Facebook). Strong resilience under pressure, high execution capability, and adaptability to fast‑paced environments. Innovative thinker with a talent for trend planning and integrating brand messaging with performance goals. Clear logical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent cross‑departmental collaboration and resource integration abilities. Familiarity with localised social media operation strategies between Mainland China and Hong Kong. Data analysis skills using Python or advanced Excel functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
