EB Operations Analyst – New Issues Acceptance Euroclear is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to join our New Issues department. The successful candidate will review securities documentation, assess eligibility, and ensure compliance with legal and operational criteria for admission into the Euroclear Securities Database. Responsibilities Analyze and verify the eligibility of new financial instruments for primary and secondary market admission. Apply legal, fiscal, and operational criteria to determine securities acceptance into the Euroclear database. Collaborate with external parties including Lead Manager, Issuing Agents, Depositaries, and CSDs. Work closely with internal Euroclear teams (Client Services, Securities Information, Documentation Management) and departments (Legal, Compliance, Asset Servicing, Settlement, Collateral). Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation standards. Qualifications Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) considered an advantage. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with securities concepts.
