R&D Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the business leaders in the manufacturing industry as an R&D Engineer. To support business expansion, this role will assist in design, engineering development, and international project execution across the US, Europe, China, and ASEAN. Key Responsibilities Lead and support new product development for US and EU clients across different sectors, including concept design, modeling, and technical documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to manage design validation, change tracking, and engineering data Coordinate prototype builds and reliability testing with suppliers and manufacturing partners, including failure analysis and material/process evaluation Support manufacturing quality programs and production troubleshooting Participate in short-term international assignments for program builds and engineering collaboration, representing the company professionally Assist in project execution by planning, scheduling, and maintaining engineering records Requirements Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline. Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, CAD software, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for short-term assignments. Strong work ethic, commitment, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
