PubMatic is hiring a Senior Manager to lead client engagement and growth across Hong Kong and mainland China. Based in Hong Kong, you will be the direct connection between PubMatic and leading advertisers seeking to strengthen their presence across global markets. This is a high‑impact, strategic role where you will influence senior decision‑makers, build long‑term partnerships, and help shape the role programmatic plays across the region. What You’ll Do Lead strategic conversations with advertisers in Hong Kong and China, elevating their programmatic strategies to the global stage. Develop tailored, insight‑driven proposals aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with global product and leadership teams to drive innovation based on local market needs. Represent PubMatic at key industry events across Greater China and APAC. Work closely with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and long‑term client success. Well‑connected with advertisers, agencies, and brand‑side leaders across Greater China. Strategic, with the ability to navigate both buy‑side and sell‑side conversations. Consultative and client‑focused — you listen, adapt, and advise effectively. Comfortable presenting to executives and leading high‑level discussions. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to operate independently in fast‑moving environments. Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus), confident in local and international contexts.
