AI-ML Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to own both pre‑sales project management and post‑sales support process for acquiring/growing our most strategic AIML accounts in the region. Within this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive daily customer success, deliver value, and foster long‑term growth. You will be responsible for leading cross‑team collaborations on features and capacity planning that impact both product and business. Think working with cross functional teams across large organizations, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. You will act as the general manager for your account. This position is based in Singapore or Hong Kong and requires 40%-50% travel across the region. The Strategic Customers, Engineering team at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. These clients are not merely customers but vital partners in our business, as they operate their enterprises on our robust and reliable cloud platform. Our primary mission is to offer them best‑in‑class services that encompass a wide range of needs. This includes IaaS, PaaS, as well as AI infrastructure and associated networking and storage services. Job Description Supporting OCI’s strategic pursuits and growth in APAC region. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success within OCI. Take ownership of pre‑sales project management, from initiation to completion, including pulling in the right teams, setting plans and tracking progress, leadership reporting and escalations, coordinating cross team support on features and capacities needs. Manage the development and implementation process of post sales support for AIML strategic accounts in APAC region. Working closely with customer AI Infra engineers and OCI TPMs and service teams to address customer issues in a prompt and sustainable way. Escalate issues as needed, ensuring the customer satisfaction and account health. Drive agenda for cadence meetings between customers’ infra leadership and OCI executives, and own OCI executive talking points, track action items and delivery. Qualifications 8+ years' experience in product and program management roles driving cross‑team collaborations and high‑impact projets. Customer centric and business driven. Eager to help business teams win from competition. 3+ years’ experience in customer facing program management or technical account manager roles. Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations. Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack. You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture. You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. You are comfortable in engaging senior leaders within OCI (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives. You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of technical program management for Cloud Infra project. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to a diverse audience.
