About us The International Medical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called ‘TIMC’) was established in the early 1960s. TIMC is the sole agent and exclusive distributor for many pharmaceutical companies around the world. We are engaged in marketing and distribution of prescription, OTC drugs and health supplements in the territory. Our sales force and service scope cover government clinics and the Hospital Authority, private hospitals, doctors’ clinics, pharmacies, medicine companies, chain stores, supermarkets and department stores. (Products: RICQLES法國雙飛人藥水, WEISEN-U胃仙U, Citracium攝達) Senior Specialist – Product Marketing What you’ll be doing Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Define target audience segments and develop buyer personas. Analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities. Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions. Assist in developing product packaging and impactful sales enablement materials, including product sheets, presentations, brochures, etc. Differentiate products from competitors through unique selling points (USPs). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Execution: Lead and implement product launches and lifecycle marketing campaigns; develop pricing strategies and promotional plans. Collaborate with product development, sales, and regulatory teams to align on product features and benefits. Budget Planning & Performance Tracking: Oversee budget planning, monitoring and control with accurate projection and effective ROI. Monitor and analyze performance to provide actionable feedback for future campaigns and refine marketing strategies. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, Science, or related field. 3-4 years of Go-To-Market experience in health supplements, wellness or FMCG products. Strong understanding of health supplement industry trends and regulations. Proven track record in successful product launches and digital marketing campaigns. Ability to work independently with a passion for achievement, strong strategic thinking and project management skills with an analytical mindset. Effective collaboration skills across teams. Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
