Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Finance About the Role Report to the Head of Corporate Finance. Drive end-to-end fundraising activities. Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with potential investors, lenders, and financial partners. Oversee the full deal cycle from initial pitch through due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing. Develop a clear and persuasive investment narrative articulating the company's vision, business model, growth strategy, and market opportunity. Design and prepare high-quality fundraising materials including pitch decks, investor memorandums, teasers, and financial models. Participate in investor meetings and presentations, effectively handling discussions and building enthusiasm around the company's story and opportunities. Conduct rigorous valuation and analysis using DCF, LBO, and comparable company methodologies, as well as scenario and sensitivity testing. Prepare financial reports and performance analyses to support management and investor discussions. Evaluate strategic initiatives, market intelligence, and corporate development projects. Serve as a key thought partner in assessing new business opportunities and their financial implications. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business priorities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines. CFA/CPA is preferred but not a must. At least 8 years of relevant experience (Financing, M&A, IPO) in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital. Demonstrable track record in leading fundraising or financing transactions from start to completion. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and data‑driven analysis. Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to communicate complex financial ideas in an engaging, compelling manner. Commercial, hands‑on, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
