Responsibilities Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in tracking the progress of interior fitting‑out works and facilitate smooth communication among internal departments, external consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, organize, and submit all project‑related documents, including progress reports, correspondence, and records, to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. Material and Inventory Management: Coordinate and follow up on the procurement, delivery, and inventory control of project materials. Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources. Meeting Support: Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Accurately record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed as agreed. Schedule Monitoring: Monitor project schedules and update timelines as required. Work proactively with the project team to identify any delays or issues, providing support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ad‑Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other duties or assignments as delegated by supervisors or management to support project delivery and team objectives. Requirements Education: Higher Diploma or above in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination or site administration, preferably in NGO projects. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Language: Good command of English and Chinese; able to handle bilingual documentation.
