You will be working with young, energetic, and creative design and marketing teams with a strong sense of ownership and passion for beauty and our brands. This position will allow you to immerse in all aspects of brand marketing, from developing and launching new products and services, establishing brand presence, enhancing brand identity, and engaging audience through creative content writing in all of our channels of communications. This position is for those who wish to partake in shaping the future of beauty with clean, vegan, and sustainable skin care products. Content Creation : Develop user-centric copy focused on beauty knowledge, products, and services. Collaborate with product formulators, designers, and the marketing team to create engaging, easy-to-understand information and content. Campaign Development : Partner with the marketing team to plan, execute, and evaluate cohesive and creative marketing campaigns for local beauty brands, including Skin Need, Woke Up Like This, and BYOB. Trend Analysis : Stay updated on beauty industry trends to identify trendy, useful, and interesting topics. Create content that inspires and engages audiences, followers, and customers. Copy Revision : Continuously revisit and refine existing copy to improve communication and engagement with target audiences. Script Writing : Write scripts for themed videos to be featured on the brand’s social media pages and public broadcasting outlets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Project Management : Manage multiple writing assignments efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment. Publication Areas : Contribute to a variety of publications, including brand social media, advertisements, press features, press releases, website content, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Campaign Evaluation : Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. SEO and Meta Knowledge : Must have basic knowledge of SEO principles and meta tags to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
