• Lead the design, development, and optimization of virus, cell, and exosome-related projects, establishing plans and executing projects from experimental design to result analysis.
• Establish and optimize a stable virus expression platform, solve technical issues during the R&D process, and provide guidance on optimizing related process technologies and procedures, with a priority in AAV/LV direction.
• Be responsible for promoting new formulations and processes for CART/UCART cell culture and exosome production.
• Participate in the decision-making and advancement of major company projects, providing professional support such as project evaluation and experimental data, and engage in technical communication with clients or partners.
• Participate in introducing service project clients, external cooperation, and internal project initiation, coordinating group and company resources and teams to ensure smooth progress and high-quality delivery of projects.

• A Ph.D. degree or above in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical or gene therapy industry, with experience in R&D or production of gene therapy drugs, antibody drugs, vaccines, viruses, exosomes, or nucleic acid drugs preferred.
• Experience in IND/IIT/BLA submission projects preferred.
• More than 3 years of team management experience, excellent problem-solving skills and stress resistance; excellent communication skills and leadership; business development experience preferred.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with overseas education experience preferred.
