Legal Counsel - Commercial Focus (Sales & Marketing Agreements) About The Client We're looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join a fast-paced FMCG business and play a pivotal role in supporting their sales and marketing teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and enjoys being close to the business. About The Role Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with a focus on sales, marketing, and promotional agreements Advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance across marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and consumer promotions Supporting cross-functional teams including sales, brand, digital, and procurement Helping shape contract templates and playbooks for scalable legal support Staying ahead of advertising, consumer protection, and competition law developments Requirements Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years' PQE Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts - ideally in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment Exposure to marketing, advertising, sponsorship, or promotional agreements is a big plus Comfortable working independently and partnering with non-legal teams FMCG, retail, tech, or media industry experience welcome English & Chinese proficiency required for this role Immediate available will be an advantage Click "Apply Now" to apply for this position or call Christina Lau at for a confidential discussion.
